the rear wheel on my dash v5 or voyager v1 is clicking

If you hear a clicking noise from the rear wheels, the brake pin may be sticking out a little bit when the brake is off. This causes it to rub against the brake cog on the wheel, causing a clicking sound.

The frame hinge not locking on one side can be caused by the trigger release not springing back into place. _STEP 1:. To solve this, you need to reset the hinge spring on the side that is not locking correctly by.

The foot rest adjuster has three locking modes and does not lock below 180 degrees. To lock the footrest lift it up so the adjuster clicks into place.

my inline buggy bumper bar comes off the frame when folding

Please check that your bumper bard has been positioned correctly. Place the bumper bar above the hinge and then slide it down - there is a small groove on the frame where it has the best grip (the bar has a small bump which will sit in the groove).

Frame p&t 3w v6 inline footplate loose or broken

We've seen a few reports of the 4OTF buggy footplates being cracked - usually an out of box fault. Often the screws have been been loose in the box and unable to be reattached as the plastic has cracked (as shown below).

If the brake pin does not disengage (one side or both sides), cleaning the brake pin area with a small brush and applying lubricant is recommended.

If a rear wheel does not click into the frame or does not stay attached, check that the wheels are the correct way around. If the brake cog has been inserted on the wrong side the wheel will not stay in.
