Delivery time frames:
All delivery time frames are estimated, we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame due to unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery time frames are as follows:
- UK: 3-5 business days. Additional 2 business days for delivery to rural properties.
NOTE: Brexit resulted in changes to shipping and importing requirements for goods moving from EU to UK. Our UK customers are supplied from our warehouse in Holland, so orders now undergo these new processes
UK Customs and courier companies are experiencing a backlog in all freight coming into the UK (which includes orders from phil&teds®) - and this situation is out of our control, however we continue to work hard to ensure our parcels are delivered as quickly as possible. As such, please note that the unpredictable variability in timeframes may mean an order can take longer than that indicated above.
UK freight & handling (Shipping) charges:
- Orders under GB£ 75.00: GB£ 7.50
- Orders between GB£ 75.00 - GB£ 150.00: GB£ 15.00
- Orders GB£ 150.00 and over: Free
- Some smaller parts are available to be ordered from our international warehouses if they are not available in your local warehouse. These carry a special freight charge of £20 and is calculated at checkout.
